Candidate must have extensive experience with the project lifecycle and component development. Skill sets required for application developer positions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of intense development experience
  • Ability to work with analysts and key users to understand and document requirements
  • Ability to thoroughly develop complete software applications including comprehensive error handling routines

Software Test Engineer

Raining Virtue Solutions is looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer. Candidate must have a proven track record with unit, system, regression and acceptance testing leveraging formal test plans, automated tools and scripting languages. Skill sets required for Software Test Engineer positions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of testing experience on enterprise wide projects
  • Ability to develop comprehensive unit and user acceptance test plans
  • Ability to develop SQL scripts to validate application results
  • Ability to identify and monitor test exceptions and regression test ensuring success criteria is met

Database Administrator

Raining Virtue Solutions is looking for an experienced DBA to maintain the operational integrity and efficiency of multiple databases spread across multiple servers, Candidate will work with application development groups to establish sound logical and physical database design and effectively deploy databases for optimal performance. Skill sets required for database administrator positions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • 3 or more years experience in a multi-database, multi-server environment
  • Experience with the deployment of database in both traditional client/server and web application environments
  • Experience in a multi-location applications environment using MS SQL Server, MS IIS and Windows NT/2000/2003
  • Previous experience in applications development a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills and a methodical approach to project management
