Troy Anderson

Troy Anderson has over 20 years of experience in consulting and business leadership and is the driving force behind Raining Virtue Solutions. His big six consulting experience, coupled with his leadership positions in consulting and technology centric organizations provide a well-rounded professional services background. Troy has worked in financial services, health care, high technology, distribution, manufacturing, government and energy industries. He has helped clients achieve strategic business objectives by leveraging technology. He has led enterprise wide implementations of package and custom software in a variety of industries.

He works in all areas of the practice with focus on organizational strategy, business operations and business development. Troy also participates in high profile consulting engagements aligned with the Raining Virtue Solutions strategy.

Troy's career started with Price Waterhouse in 1987, where he traveled extensively across the United States and abroad implementing enterprise wide package and custom financial and operational system solutions.

After leaving Price Waterhouse and spending a couple of years with smaller consulting organizations in the Seattle area, Troy started Team Integration, Inc, a management and systems consulting firm. After five plus years of continued growth and developing an 'A' client list, Team Integration's consulting business was acquired by WRQ Consulting Services in March of 2000. Team Integration's wholly owned subsidiary, Logon.net, was acquired in late 2001 by Adhost Internet.

Paul Ausserer

Paul Ausserer brings over a decade of information system infrastructure and architecture experience to the team. His broad range of experience includes leadership positions with global 1000 companies in the aerospace, technology and financial services vertical markets.

Paul is fluent in a broad range of enterprise technologies and understands the requirements associated with leveraging these technologies to bring operational and financial improvements to an organization. These technologies include portals, business intelligence, web sites, reporting, eCommerce, security and distributed development. Paul is an advocate for agile methodologies and user centered design, all of which bring the customer closer to the solution.

Paul's style of results-driven, customer focus and “The Right Way” development has led to his career achievements and rapid growth. Paul has been focused on data-driven web applications, mobile device development and business intelligence development over his career and has developed a reputation for building innovative enterprise applications. Paul is responsible for ensuring all Raining Virtue Solutions' technical associates adhere to best practices.
